Welcome to ORNL Guest House
The ORNL Guest House is located in the Oak Ridge National Laboratory Campus, within 5 minutes by car to any part of the campus, High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR),Conference Center and a short walk to the Spallation Neuton source (SNS). The Guest House has three (3) floors with 47 rooms. Our guest rooms offer King Beds and 2 extra long double beds with plenty of amenities to provide a comfortable stay.
The sole purpose of the ORNL Guest House is to provide guest house privileges to ORNL User Facility clients, visiting researchers, and other ORNL visitors on official UT-Battelle business. The Gueest House is not established to serve families (spouses and children). Only service animals will be allowed. At no time is the ORNL Guest House open to the public.

Our RoomsThe guest rooms feature either a king-sized bed or two double beds. Other room features include a small refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, and internet access.
The building will also have a lounge area, conference room, fitness and laundry facilities, vending machines, and a "mini-store" for the purchase of provisions. A Cash Machine is available at a nearby facility. Academic Rate - $76 per night plus tax – Available for stays of 4 or more nights by students and faculty of colleges and universities, and high school teachers/administrators. (Reserve your room at the Standard Rate and request the Academic Rate at check-in. College ID required.) Extended Stay Rate - $69 per night plus tax – Available for stays of 30 or more consecutive nights. (Call to reserve your room at the Extended Stay Rate. Full payment by credit card is required in advance. If your stay fails to extend to the full 30 days, the rate will revert to the Standard Rate for your actual stay. If you cancel your reservation prior to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full via credit to the credit card. Any cancellation received after 6 p.m. will be subject one nights lodging plus taxes.) Direct billing is available. |

Check Out: 12:00 PM 24 Hour Front Desk Age Policy: Must be 21 to reserve a room. Payment Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee a room. The Guest House accepts Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover and Cash as methods of payment. The Guest House is available to researchers and other individuals having business with DOE or UT-Battelle at ORNL. You must have a valid DOE badge or an approved Visitor Pass to access the Guest House. Pet Policy: Only service animals will be allowed. No other pets will be allowed. Cancellation Policy: Guest must cancel by 3 PM local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one (1) night plus tax cancel penalty charge. Important Note:Making reservations to stay at the ORNL Guest House does NOT authorize entry into ORNL. You must have a valid DOE badge or an approved Visitor Pass as arranged by your ORNL host. If you have any questions, contact your ORNL host. The Guest House operator has no ability to authorize entry into ORNL, so guests arriving at the portal without the proper authorization will be refused entrance.
NOTE: ORNL does not allow alcoholic beverages or controlled substances of any type on site. Smoking is not allowed in any building at ORNL.
